Fernando is  well known in the West Coast community for the past 51 Years. Being raised in a business environment, he has a natural ability in being an entrepreneur.  He gained valuable in depth knowledge of the security industry being abroad for 10 years serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa His kindheartedness and willingness to always walk the extra mile for any person  as well as his sound knowledge of the business environment combined with his knowledge  in the security industry enables him to serve his clients to the best of his ability. Together with a team of professionals in their field, Black Pearl Security will grow from strength to strength to help in the safe guarding of our Community.
